Terms of Service

MemonaIQ Platform is provided for evaluation and may change, be interrupted or contain errors. Paid plan previews are not available to purchase and create no entitlement to future price or functionality.

Provide accurate account information, protect credentials and use only data you are authorized to process. You retain rights in your submitted material and permit the service to process it only to operate requested features.

You may inspect or monitor only websites and endpoints you own or are expressly authorized to test. You are responsible for complying with target terms, robots instructions and applicable law.

HTTP, SEO and heuristic trust results are observations and decision aids, not guarantees that a site is safe, lawful, available or search-engine compliant. Review important findings independently.

MemonaIQ is currently operating as an unregistered technical preview. Governing law, venue, and operator information will be established prior to commercial launch.
