Information we handle
Account details include name, email, authentication records, workspace membership and security events. Product data can include submitted URLs, scan results, monitor configuration, reports, usage records and support messages. URLs may contain personal or confidential information; remove credentials and sensitive query values before submission.
Network tools
When you use the Internet Speed Checker, your browser securely interacts with Cloudflare edge network nodes to measure latency and bandwidth. This process temporarily shares your IP address and connection metadata with Cloudflare. Other tools like the Image Compressor run entirely within your local browser.
Local prompt analysis
The AI Token Counter processes prompt text and supported local files in browser memory and a local Web Worker by default. Prompt content is not intentionally sent to MemonaIQ, analytics, or model providers during local analysis. Optional remembered settings exclude prompt text and uploaded filenames.
Why we use it
We use information to provide and secure the workspace, enforce plan limits, diagnose failures, maintain audit records and respond to requests. Optional analytics is disabled until you choose Allow analytics.
Sharing and retention
Information may be processed by the infrastructure, database, analytics, speed testing, and billing providers configured for the service. Category-specific retention policies apply to workspace records. We do not represent that an unknown public-report link grants access to another report.
Your choices and requests
You can decline analytics. Account export and data management tools are available within your account workspace.
