Scan, crawl or monitor only targets you own or have explicit permission to test. Do not use the service to probe private networks, cloud metadata, authentication boundaries or non-public services.

Do not disrupt services, evade limits, distribute malware, harvest credentials or personal data, conduct unlawful surveillance, infringe intellectual property, or use results to deceive, threaten or defame others.

Use conservative concurrency, respect target policies and stop when an operator asks. Automated controls may block private/reserved addresses, unusual ports, excessive responses or abusive volume.

MemonaIQ may limit or suspend preview access to protect users and third parties. A monitored abuse contact and formal appeal process will be published before public launch.
